What is CondoVerify?
CondoVerify is a property-intelligence platform that provides comprehensive history reports for condominium buildings — financial health, building condition, legal risk, market data, and more — so you can "know before you buy."
What does a CondoVerify report include?
Our reports typically include: HOA/association financials, reserve funds, special assessments; maintenance history, structural/engineering reports, upcoming repairs; recent sales, pricing trends, comparable units; legal and insurance risk flags, lawsuits, building-governance issues; and community insights like rental restrictions, resident demographics, board rules.
Who should use CondoVerify reports?
Anyone considering purchasing a condo unit (owner-occupant or investor) should use them. Also helpful for real-estate agents, lenders, insurance underwriters, or anyone wanting a deeper look into a building beyond the listing.
How much does it cost?
We have transparent pricing: a single report is listed at $47.00.
How long is my report valid?
After purchase, the delivered report is valid for 30 days.
How quickly do I get the report?
Typically instantly (automated system) or within a very short time after purchase, since it's generated based on your building/address input.
Are there subscription options?
Currently we offer pay-as-you-go single-report purchases. If you're a real-estate professional, investor or agency needing bulk access or team seats, contact us for custom pricing.
How accurate is the data?
We pull from public records, government sources, HOA filings, and combine them with AI-driven analysis. That said, building data can change, records may lag, and our models can err. Always verify critical details (e.g., for financing or closing) with official sources.
What if the report shows a problem or red flag?
If a report identifies risk — such as low reserves, pending assessments, insurance issues — you should bring it to your realtor, lender, or lawyer. These issues can affect financing, resale, or insurance eligibility.
What if the building isn't covered?
If we don't yet have sufficient data for a specific condominium development or location, the report may indicate "data unavailable." In that case you may still find value in the parts we can provide; contact our support for more info.
What if I find an error in the report?
If you believe data is incorrect, you can contact our support team (via support@condoverify.com) with your report ID, description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. We'll review and, if verified, provide an annotation or corrected re-issue where appropriate.
Is CondoVerify a consumer reporting agency?
No. Our service is a data-intelligence product about condos/buildings, not about individual consumers. You should not use it for FCRA-regulated purposes (credit, employment, insurance underwriting of individuals).
Can I share the report?
Yes — once you purchase, you'll receive a PDF download. You're free to share it with your realtor, attorney, lender, or other stakeholders. Just note it's provided "as is" and we disclaim warranties (see Terms of Use).
How secure is my data/purchase?
We use industry-standard security measures (encryption, secure payment processor, account controls). Personal account info is protected, and payment card details are handled by our PCI-compliant processor.
Whom do I contact for support or billing issues?
General support: support@condoverify.com; Privacy/data questions: privacy@condoverify.com; Billing queries: support@condoverify.com
